德爾福汽車公開有限公司（Delphi Automotive PLC）是世界上最大的汽車零部件製造公司之一。總部位於英國肯特郡格林漢姆。[1]雇員約161,000人。[3]在全球32個國家設有126家獨資製造廠，15個技術中心。

歷史 編輯
- 1994： 通用汽車組建Automotive Components Group。
- 1995： ACG更名為Delphi Automotive Systems。
- 1997： GM 與休斯電子公司 分立出Hughes Defense電子業務並把Delco Electronics從休斯轉移給德爾福。
- 1999： Delphi Automotive Systems成為完全獨立公開控股公司。
- 2000： Delphi從TRW Automotive手裡收購了英國的Lucas發動機系統公司
- 2001： 全球裁員11,500人
- 2002： Delphi Automotive Systems更名為Delphi Corporation以反映其多樣化經營。
- 2004年6月： Delphi被美國證券交易委員會傳訊以調查它的不合規財務活動及金融交易。
- 2005： Delphi披露了不合規財務活動。多名高管，包括CFO Alan Dawes被解職。Delphi主席J。T。 Battenberg退休。Delphi申請了破產保護 。美國證券委批准其從紐約證交所退市。[4]
- 2005： 在美的24家工廠關閉。
- 2006： Delphi宣布關閉在美國的29家工廠的21家。
- 2009年10月6日，一批私人投資者收購了德爾福的核心資產，創立了新的德爾福公司，總部設在英國倫敦。部分非核心資產賣給了通用發動機公司。老的德爾福公司更名為DPH Holdings Corporation。[5]
- 2017年12月4日，德爾福汽車公司正式完成對其動力總成業務部門的拆分獨立為德爾福科技公司作為一家獨立的上市公司於同日正式上市，原公司自身正式改名安波福。

Delphi有四個業務部門[2]
- 電子與電氣體系"Electrical/Electronic Architecture"提供全車電子系統、電纜總成等。
- 電子與安全"Electronics & Safety"提供部件、系統、軟件用於被動/主動安全、舒適、信息、車載電子控制等。
- 動力總成系統"Powertrain Systems"提供汽油機/柴油機集成管理系統，包括燃油處理、噴油、燃燒控制、電氣、全線的售後零部件供應服務等。
- 散熱系統"Thermal Systems"
