《法式火鍋》（法語：The Pot-au-Feu）[3]，或譯《多丹·布法內的欲望》（法語：La Passion de Dodin Bouffant），是2023年上映的法國歷史愛情片，由陳英雄編劇，茱麗葉·畢諾許和伯努瓦·馬吉梅爾（英語：Benoît Magimel）主演。故事發生在1885年，講述一名廚師和一名美食家之間的浪漫關係[4]，其中美食家的原型是瑞士作家馬塞爾·魯夫（英語：Marcel Rouff）在小說《美食家多丹·布法內的生活與熱情》（La Vie et la passion de Dodin-Bouffant, gourmet）中創造的角色多丹·布法內[5]。

電影於2023年5月24日在第76屆坎城影展首映，參與主競賽單元角逐，最終導演陳英雄獲得最佳導演獎。2023年11月8日，電影在法國院線上映，高蒙電影公司負責發行。獲選為法國參與第96屆奧斯卡金像獎最佳國際影片獎角逐的作品[6][7]，入圍包括15部電影的短名單[8]。

梗概 編輯

故事發生在1885年的法國[9]，廚師歐仁妮在美食家多丹手下工作了20年，是行業頂尖人士。也因為經常一起出現在廚房裡，兩人情愫不斷升溫。同時也因為有着喜歡美食的共同愛好，兩人創造出大量首屈一指的美味精緻菜餚，吸引全世界的饕餮客。然而歐仁妮崇尚自由，遲遲不願意和多丹喜結連理。為了打動歐仁妮的芳心，多丹第一次為她掌勺[10]。

電影於2022年4月和5月拍攝[11][12]，主要在法國曼恩-盧瓦爾省阿爾戈河畔沙澤拉金城堡（法語：Château du Raguin）取景[13]。法國廚師在片中皮埃爾·加涅爾（英語：Pierre Gagnaire）擔任烹飪導演，同時扮演了廚師的小角色[14]。主演茱麗葉·畢諾許和伯努瓦·馬吉梅爾（英語：Benoît Magimel）在1998年到2003年間是伴侶，兩人有一個女兒[15]。

電影入選第76屆坎城影展主競賽單元，爭奪金棕櫚獎[16]，2023年5月24日全球首映[17]。電影受邀在第28屆釜山國際電影節展映，入選「Icon」單元，2023年10月6日放映[18]。電影於2023年11月8日在法國院線上映，由高蒙電影公司發行[19]。IFC影業（英語：IFC Films）和Sapan Studio共同買下電影的美國發行權，定於2024年2月9日在美國有限上映，2月14日全國上映[20][21]。
