豬膽酸（英語：Hyocholic acid，也被稱為3α,6α,7α-三羥基-5β-膽烷-24-羧酸，3α,6α,7α-trihydroxy-5β-cholan-24-oic acid）是豬膽汁酸的主要成分^[1]，在人類膽汁酸中有很低的濃度^[2]^[3]。豬膽酸和人類膽汁酸的主要成分之一膽酸的不同在於第三個羥基基團位於6-號碳原子的α-位而不是12α位。人類膽汁酸的另一種主要成分鵝去氧膽酸則既沒有6-號位也沒有12-號位的羥基基團。另外，豬膽酸也和大鼠的鼠膽酸不同，α和β鼠膽酸的6號位都為6β-羥基。
