凯莉·拜伦

凯莉·伊丽莎白·拜伦（英语：Kari Elizabeth Byron，1974年12月18日—）[2]是旧金山艺术家、电视明星，活跃于Discovery节目《流言终结者》。

拜伦出生在加州湾区，毕业于加州洛斯加托斯的洛斯加托斯高中。1998年5月，拜伦从旧金山州立大学毕业，获得了电影和雕塑的学士学位。[3]翌年，她前往南亚当背包客，参加艺术计划。[4]

2004年至2014年，拜伦是《流言终结者》的常驻成员，与M5实业公司的托瑞·贝勒奇、日裔美籍工程师格兰·今原组成B小队。这个团队与亚当·萨维奇和杰米·海曼一同在节目中测试流言的真实性。[5]她和其他成员主持了自己的节目环节。她积极前往海曼的M5实业公司的工作室，表达加入节目的意愿，最后也成功加入了这个节目。第二季开始，她和其他B小队成员的定位变得更重要。一开始，拜伦因为经验不多，在这个受瞩目的岗位上表现得不自然，不过她逐渐习惯了这个角色。[6]

个人生活

拜伦于2006年3月与艺术家保罗·尤里奇结婚，育有一女。[21]2019年6月26日，拜伦申请与尤里奇分居，2020年3月20日正式离婚。拜伦以前是素食主义者，但现在自称为荤素食者。[22]

拜伦持续创作艺术，比如运用点燃的火药创作出绘画。[23]拜伦也创作封面艺术，2021年，她使用黑色火药为《无景之翼》（英语：Viewless Wings）杂志的诗人作品集《帆布：诗歌》创作。[24][25]2018年，她出版了回忆录《碰撞测试女孩》，由HarperOne出版。[26]在《碰撞测试女孩》中，拜伦自述从十二岁开始便“与严重的忧郁症抗争”，每年忧郁症都会发作几次。此外，女儿出生后六个月中，她罹患了产后忧郁症，比她平时的忧郁症更严重。[27]
