股交

非插入式性行为

股交（英语：intercrural sex或femoral/interfemoral sex）是一种非插入式性行为，当中男性的阴茎会放置在对方的大腿内侧之间，彼此胯部进行推移以磨蹭之。此一行为在公元前几个世纪的古希腊社会仍属常见。当时不同的著作和艺术品都对之有所刻画。后来，性悖轨法开始惩罚从事股交者，社会对它的态度亦变得负面。17世纪，股交成了多篇文学作品的题材，在文化界中占有一席之位。贵族梅尔文·图切特因为从事股交而干犯性悖轨法。此案在经过审判后，终令人们把股交视为男男性行为的一部分。

当代不少人都会从事股交，无分性取向——成年女性表示它能让自己达至性高潮。在过去，巴黎的性交易从业者很多都会跟嫖客进行股交；生活在非洲和亚洲部分地区的男性亦把它视作正常的性行为。南非人曾以股交去预防艾滋病，不过后来则纷纷改用其他方法。

研究者已就股交进行过大大小小的研究，增加人们的有关认识。它跟怀孕和艾滋病的关系十分薄弱，故此人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）测试呈阳性者可以之进行较为安全的性行为。研究发现，一定比例的性侵犯案件跟股交有关；尽管此一行为往往只会留下少量物证，甚至不留下任何证据。

1978年，肯尼斯·丹佛（英语：Kenneth Dover）在其著作《希腊同性恋（英语：Greek Homosexuality (book)）》中首度使用“intercrural sex”去表示股交。丹佛以之代指成年男性与少年之间的性行为[1]。古希腊则会把股交称作διαμηρίζειν（diamērizein，意指“在大腿间做事”）[2]。《韦氏词典》定义股交为伴侣“把他的阴茎……放置在对方[紧合]的大腿之间……彼此推移以磨蹭之”[3]。在英语中，“coitus interfemoris”[4]、“thigh sex”[5]、“interfemoral sex”[6]跟股交同义。

剑桥大学的朱卫康（Kang Tchou）表示，丹佛的定义接近于保萨尼亚斯的“天籁之爱”。后者提倡“成年男性与少年应建立终生不渝的关系，同时以此促进少年的智力发展”[1]。

在古希腊，少年爱习俗参与者常会从事股交——当时的希腊社会禁止年轻男子以股交以外的方式与较年长者发生性行为[1][7]。它跟“被爱者”此一关系角色有关。不过研究者尚未了解股交在该些关系中有多重要，而且他们可能更热于从事肛交[8][a]。股交在当时已不是男同性恋者的专利；到了公元早期，希腊社会越来越鼓励人们多跟女性发生性行为，致使从事股交者大为减少[1][11]。

花瓶等艺术品都有从事股交者的踪影——当时不少著作皆有探讨这些“求爱场景”[1][12][b]。公元前5世纪后，甚少画作会描绘股交，有的都差不多只会在黑彩陶器上见到[14]。根据后世的说法，季蒂昂的芝诺和阿里斯托芬都在创作自身作品时受该一行为启发。后者更因此成为首位于书面上提到异性股交的人物[11][14][15][16]。埃斯库罗斯在其笔下的剧作《阿基里斯三部曲》中，加入有关成年男性从事该行为的暗示[17]。琼·罗格登（英语：Joan Roughgarden）形容，对于古希腊人而言，股交就是“男同性恋者的传教士式体位”[18]。

后来，一些欧美国家相继实施性悖轨法，把股交纳入规管范围之内[19]。15世纪的意大利把之视为恶名昭彰的性悖轨行为。文艺复兴时期的威尼斯则可能会判处从事者死刑[20][21]。中世纪的忏悔书（英语：penitential）经常强调股交为罪，并就干犯者的忏悔方法给出指示；早期基督教则认为股交比肛交“更值得人尊重”[3][21]。

中世纪的阿拉伯社会同样谴责股交，但相对而言它们较不重视这种行为，故从事者亦不用受到严厉惩罚[22]。

到了近代英语时期，著者开始以“rubbing”（磨蹭）和“frigging”（可恨的[行为]）代指股交。文学作品和讽刺诗都有描述股交，此一情况可能令更多人尝试之。像梅尔文·图切特案般的性悖轨案件偶会提到股交[c]。图切特案对当时的性文化产生一定影响——它使许多人意识到男同性恋者在性事上的习惯，致使他们可能产生一种文化观念——认为股交乃男男性行为者的主要性活动[3]。

1660年起，愈来愈多的文学作品提到股交[24]。理查德·埃曼相信，奥斯卡·王尔德只从事过股交，故他不应背负性悖轨罪的罪名[25][d]。1885年，英国议会通过一项法规，令任何从事“严重猥亵”行为的男男性行为者都可按《拉布谢尔修正案》处罚。股交因为不属于性悖轨行为，故成为新法规的规管对象[26][27][e]。

魏玛共和国和纳粹德国皆把同性之间的股交视为公诉罪，不过德属西南非洲并没有订立禁止上述情况的法规[29][30]。18世纪，巴黎的性交易从业者很多都会跟嫖客进行股交，其受欢迎程度仅次于阴道性交[31][32]。马拉维人和莫桑比克人会在矿场进行股交。南非矿工亦跟其他同性矿工从事之[33][34]。在欧洲殖民者来到之前，赞德战士只会跟年轻伴侣从事股交；股交在前殖民时代的亚洲挺为常见[35][36][37]。

祖鲁人把股交称为“okusoma”。南非年轻人在很长的一段时间内都接受股交，并借此控制人口增长[38][39]。传统祖鲁文化鼓励青年从事股交，视之为性社会化的一部分。该一文化亦支持未婚的年轻伴侣从事股交[40]。在日本，于1956年通过的《卖春防止法》虽为了防止性交易而制定，但它仅把阴道性交列在规管范围内。于是业界为了在避免触法的范围内继续运作，而改提供像股交般的服务[41][f]。1989年，一份有关南非德班某座城市的报告提到：

有一些证据......表明，于保守派家庭成长的孩子仍被教导有关“okusoma”的事，亦即我们所认识的股交。基督教家庭则为保贞洁，而不再这样教导[43]。

性侵犯 编辑

1994年，希克森（Hickson）等人发表了一项研究，于当中就219例英国男性性侵犯受害个案进行分析，结果发现当中5例为强迫股交[44]。2014年，斯里兰卡270例经医学评估的性侵犯个案中，有18例据报跟股交有关。受害者年龄从4岁到19岁不等。医师在该些受害人身上找不到任何创伤[45]。另一项研究则就可伦坡区14岁至19岁少年的性侵犯受害情况进行调查。研究者把受害人提供的资料归纳后，发现股交为当中第二常见的性行为，其常见程度仅次于口交。52例中有20例涉及到被迫股交[46]。

1957年，帕尔分析了美国148名曾侵犯儿童的性罪犯，结果显示当中6%曾以股交的方式侵犯儿童[47]。就儿童性虐待的情况而言，股交一般不会为受害人的身体留下任何证据[48]。

安全性与社会认知 编辑

雷普利（Ripley）等人于1973年发表的调查显示，在众多14岁的受访者当中，只有4成少女认为股交不会使人怀孕，有关数字于少年组更跌至3成[49][g]。另一项于尼日利亚进行的研究则找来了298名人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）测试呈阳性者。当中13名认为HIV能透过股交传播；此外亦有30名认为股交不会传播HIV；其余255名表示不确定[50]。股交是有效预防HIV传播的性行为，其传播风险低于阴茎－阴道交[51][52]。埃普雷希特（Epprecht）在2019年写道，于矿场从事股交并没有酿成“性传播感染的风险”[53]。2015年，米斯特（Mistry）和贾（Jha）在衡量股交的怀孕风险时写道：“由于当中阴茎并没有进入阴道或肛门，所以股交是一种安全性行为” [54]。

南非人曾以股交去预防艾滋病。一项于1997年发表的研究发现，12.5%受访青少女把股交视为预防艾滋病的方法[40]。它曾是南非农村成年人最常采用的避孕方法。2012年，夸祖鲁-纳塔尔大学的玛丽·范·德·里特（Mary van der Riet）写道：“人们在避孕上愈来愈不依赖股交，纷纷改用注射剂。此一情况为推广安全套创造出有利条件，有助应对人类免疫缺陷病毒和艾滋病”[55][56]。

盛行率 编辑

雪儿·海特曾在1976年与1981年两度发表性研究调查，于当中披露她的研究成果。她的研究结果显示，一些女性可以靠着接触大腿内侧来刺激阴蒂，以此达至性高潮[57]。斯里兰卡人颇为热于从事股交——根据一项于2006年发表的研究，当地4.2%女性报称有从事过股交，而20.7%男性报称有跟同性从事股交的经验[58]。一份于1997年发表的报告则调查了加尔各答郊区男男性接触人群（MSM）的性健康需要。它最终发现，受访男性约有73%曾经参与股交，虽然这比率可能受到人口因素之影响而有所变化。该次调查中除了有82%印度教徒与88%中等收入男性报称从事过股交之外，还有54%性工作者、50%低收入男性、40%穆斯林宣称自己曾从事之[59]。
