Alesana
Alesana （念法为：/ˈælɨs ˈænə/ Alice-Anna）[3]是一个来自美国北卡罗莱那州的摇滚乐团。成立于2004年，这个名称是来自巴尔的摩一条叫做Aliceanna的街道。目前，他们是唱片公司Epitaph的旗下艺人，发行过一张EP、三张专辑。在专辑《On Frail Wings of Vanity and Wax》的发行后，乐团就开始获得广大听众的支持，他们的音乐特色在于柔细声音与强烈声音的转换，这些声音甚至受到古典摇滚乐团的影响，如披头士。

乐团历史 编辑
成军与首张EP《Try This With Your Eyes Closed》 编辑
正式成立于2004年十月，于北卡罗莱那州的乐团Alesana，团名源自马里兰州巴尔的摩市的街道“Aliceanna”。他们加入Tragic Hero唱片，三首Demo歌曲收录在《All The Tragedy Money Can Buy》合辑中。[4]2005年发行首张EP《Try This With Your Eyes Closed》。
第一张专辑《On Frail Wings of Vanity and Wax》 编辑
2006年，他们改为双吉他乐团，有了Adam Ferguson这个生力军的加入，[5]发行第一张专辑《On Frail Wings of Vanity and Wax》，歌曲源自希腊神话、历史，立即登上美国告示牌Heatseekers榜第44名。年终之时，他们被Fearless唱片签下，除了上一张作品重发以外，还拍摄首支MV《Ambrosia》。[6]
第二张专辑《Where Myth Fades to Legend》 编辑
紧接着第二张专辑《Where Myth Fades to Legend》，基于格林童话、电视剧创作歌曲，登上美国告示牌200第96名。在《Warped巡演》中，加入Twelve Gauge Valentine吉他手Jake Campbell，原先是取代贝斯手Shane的暂时离团，但在其归团后，却因节奏吉他Adam Ferguson的离去，Jake以吉他手的继续在团内。隔年一起录制了MV《Seduction》、翻唱贾斯汀的《What Goes Around...Comes Around》，收录在《Punk Goes Pop 2》。
第三张专辑《The Emptiness》 编辑
2010年初，新专辑《The Emptiness》，不同以往，以片段的题材来写歌，这次以整张专辑以爱伦·坡（Edgar Allan Poe）的诗Annabel Lee为概念的概念专辑，[7]，请来主唱的妹妹Melissa Milke、Fear Before的主唱Adam Fisher增加专辑的听觉感受，还有大、小提琴的伴奏。这也使他们获得网络杂志Rock on Request的《最佳硬蕊/Screamo乐团》（Best Hardcore/Screamo Band）[8]
第四张专辑《A Place Where The Sun Is Silent》 编辑
在上一张专辑大获肯定后，他们透露等不及再创作这样的概念专辑。后来吉他手Jake Campbell因为家庭因素离开乐团，来自Greeley Estates的Alex Torres，取代了他，这正好发生在2010年第一场《Warped巡回》前，接着Alesana与Epitaph唱片公司签约，今年三月与Kris Crummett再度进入录音室，录制他们的第四张专辑《A Place Where the Sun Is Silent》。[9]在《The All Stars巡回》中，他们宣布专辑将于10月18日发行。[10]这张专辑的概念为但丁神曲。发行前夕，他们于音乐杂志网站Alter The Press先行公开曲目《A Gilded Masquerade》[11]、《A Forbidden Dance》[12]、《Circle VII: Sins Of The Lion》[13]，最后上传了全部曲目于该网站上。[14]十月至十一月，与A Skylit Drive、Sleeping With Sirens、Attila、Memphis May Fire、Serianna等乐团参与《Rock Yourself To Sleep英国巡回》。十二月8日第四支MV《Lullaby Of The Crucified》释出。[15]Alesana预计在2012年二月开始与罗马叛客乐团（We Came As Romans）进行英国主场巡演，暖场乐团为熊抱哥乐团（Iwrestledabearonce）和Glamour of the Kill。[16]
