剑桥大学出版社诉巴顿案
剑桥大学出版社诉巴顿案（Cambridge University Press et al. v. Patton et al.；亦称 剑桥大学出版社诉贝克尔案(Cambridge University Press et al. v. Becker)），1：2008cv01425，为美国乔治亚北区联邦地区法院正在审理中的案件。其中三家出版商，剑桥大学出版社，赛吉出版公司及牛津大学出版社，最初于2008年提起针对乔治亚州立大学侵犯版权的诉讼。[1]
原告声称乔治亚州立大学通过其电子储备系统"系统地、广泛地和未经授权地复制及分发大量受版权保护的作品"。[2]乔治亚州立大学声称其系统没有侵犯版权，因为其使用的是合理使用的版权方法。[3]
