2005年她与新西兰厨师Rian Haynes短暂结婚，结婚八个月后分居，并在四年后离婚。
2014年菲芙承认生于1981年，而不是她声称的年轻四岁，随后在网上公布她的出生证明。她觉得如果告诉唱片公司她实际年龄，唱片公司不会签约她。
据2016年8月透露，她正在期待与伴侣Leyman Lahcine的第一个孩子，并于2016年12月分娩。
菲芙对于影视作品呈现的女性观念相当重视，她曾在2023年偕同孩子观赏迪士尼真人化电影《小美人鱼_(2023年电影)》后，在社群网站发文批评该片“才刚和我的孩子们看了新的‘小美人鱼’，虽然我觉得海莉·贝莉有非常好的演出，这是个很棒的选角，但身为女孩子们的母亲，我不希望我的小孩认为只要为了得到一个男人的爱情，放弃自己所有的声音和力量是OK的。这个X片在演什么鬼？绝对不是我想要教育新一代女性的原则。”，引起部分网民议论，质疑帕洛玛入场前并未事先理解、甚至从未看过同名动画版的故事大纲，也有部分参与评论的网民觉得片中的美人鱼爱丽儿不是为了一个男人放弃声音，而是希望得到变成人类的机会。有观众认为这是片中代表爱丽儿心声的“Part of Your World”想传达的意义。事后帕洛玛已将原本的发文删除[1]。
