拉姆萨尔县（波斯语：شهرستان رامسر）位于伊朗马赞德兰省，首府为拉姆萨尔，总面积729.80平方公里。[1]
根据2006年的伊朗人口普查数据显示总人口为67,675人。[2]2011年数据显示为68,323人。[3]2016年数据显示总人口为74,179人。[4]
