黑曜石娱乐（英语：Obsidian Entertainment）是Interplay旗下的黑岛工作室于2003年解散后，吸收其部分成员而成立的一家美国电子游戏开发公司。黑曜石目前主要为PC与家用主机平台开发游戏。
公司成员
编辑黑曜石娱乐现由创始人共同管理：Feargus Urquhart、Chris Parker、Darren Monahan、Chris Avellone和Chris Jones。2005年7月，黑曜石聘请了曾开发过《冰风谷》的乔什·索亚。2011年10月，辐射系列的创始人之一蒂姆·坎宣布加盟黑曜石娱乐[2]。
公司简史
编辑2006年3月23日，黑曜石娱乐与世嘉公司宣布双方将共同开发一款新的角色扮演游戏[3]；游戏名为《阿尔法协议》，主题围绕现代间谍战争展开。该游戏于2010年6月1日正式发行[4]。
2006年12月13日，世嘉公司宣布黑曜石娱乐将为其开发一款改编于异形电影系列的角色扮演游戏[5]。这款游戏的开发随后被取消[6]。另一款正在开发的游戏Seven Dwarves在这一时期被取消[7][8]。
2009年4月20日，贝塞斯达软件公司宣布其旗下辐射系列的新作品《辐射：新维加斯》将交付黑曜石开发。游戏后于2010年10月发行[9]。
2010年2月11日，Red Eagle Games与黑曜石宣布双方将共同开发一款基于科幻小说系列《时间之轮》的角色扮演游戏[10]，但此计划于2014年取消。2010年度E3游戏展上的消息[11]指出黑曜石将为史克威尔艾尼克斯开发《地牢围攻3》。游戏后于2011年6月21日发行。
2011年12月1日，GameInformer报道黑曜石娱乐正在开发一款改编自动画南方公园的角色扮演游戏；名称定为《南方公园：真理之杖》。2012年3月14日，媒体报道黑曜石取消了一款次世代游戏的开发，并从该项目开发组与南方公园开发组中裁员共约20至30人[12]。

As we stopped working on Alpha Protocol in late summer of last year everybody transferred over either to a private internal product we're making right now - which I want to talk to you about soon - or they went to Dungeon Siege III.
