優美角毛藻
角毛藻属的一种硅藻
優美角毛藻(學名：Chaetoceros elegans)是角毛藻屬的一種硅藻。呈矩形的細胞內含有4-10個色素體，殼面呈橢圓形，輻射狀肋紋延伸至殼套，肋紋之間散布孔紋，環帶分布有平行排列的肋紋, 其間散布一些小孔，窗孔呈四邊形。角毛沿貫殼軸方向延伸, 後逐漸與之垂直，角毛上有4–6排縱向交替排列的水滴形或橢圓形孔紋和小刺。鏈端殼面有一個中央唇形突,。休眠孢子位於母細胞中央。初生殼面上有兩個錐狀突起, 頂生多個多級分叉，末端呈倒鉤狀[1]
