刀叉勺（Splayd）是一種集匙、餐刀、餐叉功能於一體的餐具。20世紀40年代，威廉·麥克阿瑟（William McArthur）在澳大利亞新南威爾斯州雪梨發明了這種餐具。 [1]20世紀70年代，英國引入了這種餐具。 [2]
