Flushing Township is one of the sixteen townships of Belmont County, 俄亥俄州, 美國. The 2010 census found 2,021 people in the township,[3] of which 804 lived in unincorporated portions of the township.

編輯Located in the northwestern corner of the county, 與以下鎮區接壤：
- Moorefield Township, Harrison County - 北
- Athens Township, Harrison County - 北east
- Wheeling Township - 東
- Union Township - 東南
- Kirkwood Township - 南
- Londonderry Township, Guernsey County - 西
- Freeport Township, Harrison County - 北west
Two villages are located in Flushing Township: Flushing in the east, and Holloway in the north.
Name and history
編輯It is the only Flushing Township statewide.[4]
Flushing Township was organized in 1817.[5] Flushing Township was originally settled chiefly by Quakers.[6]
政府
編輯鎮區有3人組成的理事會管理。理事會理事選舉在奇數年11月舉行，並在來年1月1日開始四年任期。兩名理事的選舉在總統選舉後一年舉行，另一名的選舉在總統選舉前一年舉行。鎮區財務官亦由選舉產生[7]，與一名鎮區理事選舉同時舉行，不過在來年4月1日才開始四年任期。若財務官或理事職位有空缺，將由剩餘理事填補。
