图林根窗龙属
图林根窗龙属（属名：Thuringothyris）是蜥形纲的一属，生存于二叠纪早期的德国[1][2]。

正模标本（编号MNG 7729）是一个关节连接、保存良好的头颅骨，以及部分身体骨骼。编号MNG 10652是一个保存状态差的头颅骨、以及部分脊柱。编号MNG 10647是关节脱落的头颅骨、身体骨骼，来自于至少四个个体。编号MNG 10183标本是一个稍微遭到压碎的头颅骨、身体骨骼。编号MNG 11191标本是一个保存状态差的头颅骨、部分四肢。这些标本都发现于德国图林根森林的Bromacker采石场，来自于塔巴伯格组（Tambach Formation）地层的最上层，地质年代约2亿8400到2亿7950万年前，相当于二叠纪早期的阿尔丁斯克阶[2]。
在1991年，Jürgen A. Boy、Thomas Martens将这些化石叙述、命名。模式种是T. mahlendorffae，属名意为“图林根的洞孔”，种名则是以作家Ursula R. Mahlendorf为名[1]。
图林根窗龙最初被归类于原古蜥科[2]。在2006年，一份早期爬行动物种系发生学研究，发现图林根窗龙是大鼻龙科的姊妹分类单元。[3]。之后其他研究也得出类似结果[4][5]。
