克莱尔·库蒂尼奥

克莱尔·科里尔·朱莉娅·库蒂尼奥（英语：Claire Coryl Julia Coutinho[1]，1985年7月8日—[2]），英国保守党籍政治人物，自2019年大选起担任东萨里选区国会议员。她在2023年8月31日获任命为能源安全与净零排放大臣，此前曾分别在2022年9月至10月间担任残疾人士、卫生及就业政务次官以及在2022年10月至2023年8月31日间担任儿童、家庭及福祉政务次官[3][4][5]。从政前，她曾在美林证券和毕马威任职，亦曾任财政部的特别顾问[6]。

早年生涯 编辑

库蒂尼奥在1985年出生于伦敦，父母为在1970年代自印度移居英国的果阿基督徒。她的父亲是一名麻醉科医生，而母亲则为普通科医生[7][8][9]。库蒂尼奥在达利奇詹姆斯·艾伦女子学校（James Allen's Girls' School）毕业后[10]入读牛津大学埃克塞特学院修读数学及哲学[10][11]。毕业后，她曾在美林证券担任分析师接近四年[10][12]，直至2012年离职[13]。及后，她与美食作家米娜·霍兰（Mina Holland）共同成立一间以文学为主题的活动公司“尊贵食客”（The Novel Diner）[14][15][16]。2014年，她参加了由安东尼·波登和奈洁拉·劳森担任评判的煮食游戏节目《味道》（The Taste）[7][17]。“尊贵食客”其后在2015年结业[18]。

库蒂尼奥在2019年11月11日获保守党提名出选东萨里选区[22]。该议席自1918年起均由保守党取得[7]。她在2019年大选中以24,040票多数票（40.3%）当选[23]。该议席原属前国务大臣萨姆·吉马，但他因支持防止无协议脱欧的《2019年欧洲联盟（脱离）（第2号）法令》而被保守党开除党籍，其后加入自由民主党[24]。

2020年5月，库蒂尼奥因支持时任首相首席顾问多米尼克·卡明斯在2019冠状病毒病疫情期间从伦敦前往260英里以外的达勒姆郡所引发的争议而被部分所属选区选民批评[25]。同年6月，东萨里保守党协会办事处外爆发示威，其中办事处的窗户亦被涂上黑漆，萨里郡警察表示会对破坏作出调查[26]。

库蒂尼奥在2020年2月获委任为财政部议会私人秘书，并加入中间偏右智库向前（Onward）[27][28]。她在2023年7月6日因抗议首相鲍里斯·约翰逊对克里斯托弗·平彻丑闻的处理而辞职[29]。库蒂尼奥在2022年7月至9月英国保守党党魁选举中支持里希·苏纳克[30]。

2023年8月31日，库蒂尼奥获任命为能源安全与净零排放大臣，接替接任国防大臣的格兰特·沙普斯。她亦是2019年大选首次进入国会的议员中首位获得内阁职务者[31][32]。
