俊和发展集团有限公司（英语：Chun Wo Development Holdings Limited）是一家香港为总部的地产、建筑、土木工程及物业投资业公司，1993年于香港交易所招股上市，2016年10月改制为亚洲联合基建控股有限公司的附属公司（控股股份代号沿用00711.HK）。现任董事会主席为彭一庭，董事会行政总裁兼营运总裁为彭一邦[2]。

1968年，彭锦俊及李蕙娴以独资形式创立俊和集团，成立初期承接小型工程为主，包括私人屋苑建设。及后参与香港政府、公营和私人发展商的基础建设，包括九广铁路的电气化改建计划及渠务工程等改善设施[3]。
