橫斑鈍頭蛇（學名：Pareas macularius）是蛇亞目新蛇科鈍頭蛇屬下的一個蛇種，主要分佈於印度、孟加拉國、緬甸、泰國、老撾、越南、馬來西亞西北部與及中國南部（包括雲南省、廣西省及廣東省）。
