約拿單·亞當·桑德斯·「積」·巴朗祖（英語：Jonathan Adam Saunders "Jay" Baruchel，1982年4月9日—），加拿大演員。他在喜劇電影類型較為有突出表現，以及票房賣座的成績，代表作有《擊情》、《雷霆喪星》；近期知名作品有替夢工場動畫《馴龍記》配音，與尼古拉斯·基治合作主演的奇幻魔法電影《魔法師的門徒》。

個人生平 編輯
積·巴朗祖生於加拿大安大略省的渥太華，母親是自由作家，父親是古董商。[1][2]他早年都在蒙特利爾魁北克的社區成長，[3]和他的妹妹泰勒同住。[4]他父親一半塞法迪猶太人，一半法裔加拿大人，母親是愛爾蘭天主教。[5]他說本身是個「純粹的不可知論者」。[6][7]
巴朗祖是個蒙特利爾加拿大人隊的大粉絲。身上有多個刺青：在他的右手臂有個凱爾特十字[8]，前臂有他母親的娘家姓，左胸有個楓葉，在電影《弊傢伙…搞大咗》可被看見。[9]
