乔纳森·亚当·桑德斯·“杰伊”·巴鲁切尔（英语：Jonathan Adam Saunders "Jay" Baruchel，1982年4月9日—），加拿大演员。他在喜剧电影类型较为有突出表现，以及票房卖座的成绩，代表作有《击情》、《热带惊雷》；近期知名作品有替梦工厂动画《驯龙高手》配音，与尼古拉斯·基治合作主演的奇幻魔法电影《魔法师的学徒》。

杰·巴鲁契生于加拿大安大略省的渥太华，母亲是自由作家，父亲是古董商。[1][2]他早年都在蒙特利尔魁北克的社区成长，[3]和他的妹妹泰勒同住。[4]他父亲一半塞法迪犹太人，一半法裔加拿大人，母亲是爱尔兰天主教。[5]他说本身是个“纯粹的不可知论者”。[6][7]
巴鲁切尔是个蒙特利尔加拿大人队的大粉丝。身上有多个刺青：在他的右手臂有个凯尔特十字[8]，前臂有他母亲的娘家姓，左胸有个枫叶，在电影《一夜大肚》可被看见。[9]
