北極灣（英語：Arctic Bay，因紐特語：ᐃᒃᐱᐊᕐᔪᒃ）是加拿大努納武特地區基吉柯塔魯克地區巴芬島的一個村鎮。人口690（2006年統計）。在2006年的人口調查中，人口比2001年人口調查增加了6.8%。[3]北極灣在北極圈內，因此天氣很冷。
