2015年工党党魁选举（英语：2015 Labour Party leadership election）缘由于2015年5月8日爱德华·米利班德因对2015年英国大选惨败负责而正式辞任工党党魁所引发。哈丽雅特·哈曼是时任工党副党魁，爱德华·米利班德辞职后代理工党党魁职务，但代理当日她宣布她将在新党魁与副党魁选出后辞去副党魁职务[1]。

四个候选人成功被提名：安迪·伯纳姆、伊薇特·库珀、杰里米·科尔宾与利兹·肯德尔。投票在2015年8月14日（周五）开始，并于2015年9月10日（周四）结束；结果则在9月12日（周六）公布。工党党员、已注册及附属支持者有权在是次采用排序复选制的选举投票。
科尔宾本来是这次党魁选举的黑马[2]，但其后的民意调查显示他取得压倒性的领先。许多资深工党人物，包括戈登·布朗[3]、托尼·布莱尔[4]、杰克·斯特劳[5]、戴维·米利班德[6]及阿拉斯泰尔·坎贝尔[7]都因此高调对他作出批评，同时声称科尔宾若当选党魁会令工党从此失去执政资格。尽管如此，他在首轮投票中即以59.5%选票压倒性当选。

党魁的选举由爱德华·米利班德的辞职引发，根据2014年2月海布里男爵雷·柯林斯领导下发表的柯林斯报告建议，改革后的规则将发生[8]。这项计划要求以后的选举比2010年举行的选举时间上有所缩短，并在2015年9月工党党大会前选出新的领导人[9]。
报告改变了工党党魁选举的方式：根据以前的制度，一个三方选举人团选举会选出领导人，三分之一权重属国会工党（即下议院工党成员）及欧洲议会工党成员、三分之一权重属工党个人成员、另外三分之一权重属工会及下属社团。按照柯林斯报告，纯粹“一成员一票”（OMOV）系统会取代选举人团，候选人将通过会员及附属支持者选举产生，收到最多一票者胜出，所有选票权重相等。这意味着工党附属工会成员将需要另外注册为工党支持者以获得投票权。
如欲成为党魁候选人，他们需要获得最少15%国会工党（PLP）成员——35位议员提名。这次投票如以往的选举，会用选择投票制举行，副党魁选举也使用此规则。

2015年6月，托比·杨在《每日电讯报》撰写一篇鼓励保守党人加入工党投票给杰里米·科尔宾[53]，他的理由是“寄托工党遗忘选举”（"to consign Labour to electoral oblivion"）。这种趋势在Twitter以“#ToriesforCorbyn”迅速蔓延，而工党的回应也受到批评[54]。两天后，大不列颠共产党 (临时中央委员会)也写了支持科尔宾的文章[55]。因此，工党议员约翰·曼呼吁叫停选举[56]。
代理工党党魁哈丽雅特·哈曼回应事件时，呼吁各方选区检查新成员，但又表示工党已经“有一个强大的系统，以防止欺诈或恶意行为”（"a robust system to prevent fraudulent or malicious applications"） 。工党议员费边·汉密尔顿则指出“没有证据”证明有组织试图渗透选举[57]。候选人安迪·伯纳姆也表示没有证据发现渗透行为，亦不会驳回指控；而科尔宾回应他“只想‘真正的工党支持者’把票投给他”[58]。
2015年8月初，工党涌现260名前绿党、左派团结工会和社会主义联盟成员，他们曾试图成为登记支持者，但现时他们将不获投票权[59]。在此不久之前，据透露保守党议员蒂姆·劳顿已申请成为工党支持者，他随后声称他的意图是“整件事情完全就是什么泄密的闹剧”（“blow the gaff on what a complete farce the whole thing is”）[60]。老牌工党议员巴里·希尔曼也因为担忧其他各方的渗透而也加入呼吁“暂停”选举[61]。在8月11日的工党会议中，四名候选人已获悉有1,200名成员和其他各方的支持者被排除，另有800人被调查[62]。
