2024年世界一級方程式錦標賽
2024年國際汽聯世界一級方程式錦標賽（英語：2024 FIA Formula One World Championship）為一級方程式賽車的第75屆世界錦標賽賽事，這是由國際賽車運動主管組織國際汽車聯盟所主辦的最高級別開輪式賽車賽事。本季錦標賽在24場大獎賽中展開角逐，這些大獎賽在世界各地舉行，賽事於2月開始並在11月完成。[1]車手及車隊將分別爭奪車手世界冠軍和車隊世界冠軍的頭銜，馬克斯·維斯塔潘是衛冕車手冠軍，他所屬的車隊紅牛車隊為衛冕車隊冠軍。[2][3]

簽約車隊及車手 編輯
按照規則，所有車隊都必須使用倍耐力提供的輪胎進行比賽。[4] 每支車隊必須至少派出兩名車手，規定兩輛車各派一名。[5]

車隊變更 編輯
- 愛快羅密歐結束了與薩伯的合作關係，於2023年底離開了一級方程式。薩伯將在2026年成為奧迪車隊。[27][28] 2024賽季，該車隊更名為StakeF1車隊Kick薩伯﹙Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber﹚，其製造商名稱為Kick-薩伯（Kick Sauber）。[29][30]
- 艾法托利車隊隊名發生了變化，以AlphaTauri-RB的占位符名稱出現在參賽名單上，1月24日，宣布實際名稱為Visa Cash AppRB F1車隊﹙Italy Visa Cash App RB F1 Team﹚[19][31]。在管理層重組中，該車隊的空氣動力學測試場地轉移到了英國的米爾頓凱恩斯。[32][33]
季內車隊變更 編輯
- 法拉利車隊於4月24日開始和美國科技巨頭惠普公司簽署多年合約，成為其新的冠名合作夥伴，車隊名稱也改為「惠普法拉利車隊」；並於5月4日在美國舉行的邁阿密大獎賽期間貼上其標誌在SF-24車身和賽車服上，此冠名合約也涉獵車隊的F1青訓項目和電競項目。同時惠普公司還將向法拉利車隊提供電腦、印表機和任何電腦軟硬體服務。
領隊變更 編輯
車手變更 編輯
- 與2023賽季初簽約的車手相比，唯一的變化是丹尼爾·里奇亞多，他從2023年匈牙利大獎賽開始取代尼克·德弗里斯進入前艾法托利車隊車隊。這意味著2023賽季最後一輪比賽的所有車手和車隊組合將在2024賽季開始時保持不變，這是世界一級方程式錦標賽歷史上的第一次。[38][39]

- 2024年沙烏地阿拉伯大獎賽，法拉利車隊車手小卡洛斯·塞恩斯因為突發闌尾炎將缺席周五排位賽和周六決賽。法拉利車隊替補車手奧利佛·貝爾曼將接替他的位置參賽。[40]

車手超級駕駛執照扣分情況 編輯
根據國際汽車聯盟體育章程附件L第5段[51] ，如果車手在12個月內累積了12個或更多的扣分，他們將在即將參加的下一個賽事中獲得一次比賽禁令，並且替補車手可能無法代替他們。以下是車手超級駕駛執照扣分情況。

本屆一級方程式錦標賽預計舉辦24站大獎賽賽事，為這項運動歷史上賽事最多、時間最長的一個賽季。[53] 其中會在中國大獎賽、邁阿密大獎賽、奧地利大獎賽、美國大獎賽、巴西大獎賽和卡達大獎賽中舉辦衝刺賽。[54]

賽程變更 編輯
- 由於2019冠狀病毒病疫情而連續四年取消的中國大獎賽將自2019年以來首次回歸賽歷。[53]
- 上賽季因洪水災害被取消的艾米利亞-羅馬涅大獎賽將於本賽季再次舉行。[53]
- 根據合同，俄羅斯大獎賽將出現在2024年的賽程中。然而，因俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭原因，俄羅斯大獎賽的辦賽合同於2022年終止。[55]
規則修改 編輯
技術規則修改 編輯
- 為應對與2023年卡達大獎賽相似的極端天氣導致賽車座艙過熱情況，車隊可在賽車上安裝為車手及座艙區域降溫的勺型設備。[56][57]
- 根據2020年以來的車隊平均排名，預算帽上限進行了一定調整。平均排名在後四位的車隊（哈斯車隊、RBF1車隊、薩伯車隊及威廉斯車隊）的預算帽上限由4500萬美元被提高至6500萬美元。平均排名中游的車隊（麥拉倫車隊、奧斯頓·馬丁車隊及阿爾卑車隊）的預算帽上限被調整為5800萬美元。而紅牛車隊、梅賽德斯AMG車隊及法拉利車隊的預算帽上限被調整至5100萬美元。[60]
- 本賽季起，車隊可使用2022款賽車為年輕車手提供測試，但賽車所使用的部件必須為官方測試或正賽中使用過的部件，以防止車隊藉由舊款賽車測試時機為現款賽車提供測試，造成不當獲利情況。[60]
- 賽車防滾架的負載測試要求相比上賽季更加嚴格，以防止車手出現意外情況。
- 每位車手全賽季可使用的動力單元數量將於本賽季和下賽季由3套增加至4套。如使用第5套及以上動力單元，車手將遭到罰退處罰。[62]
比賽用胎修改 編輯
- 原定在本賽季試行，2025賽季全面實行的禁用輪胎加熱毯計劃被廢除。[66]
- 原定於在上賽季後半測試的新版輪轂蓋暫將在本賽季逐漸進行測試。[67]
體育規則修改 編輯
- 針對賽事判罰的上訴提交時間將由原本的做出判罰決定後14天縮短至做出判罰決定後4天，同時國際汽聯還將收取上訴審查費用，以阻止潛在的無意義上訴嘗試。如車隊上訴成功或國際汽聯認定賽會裁決有不公平因素，上訴審查費用將退回車隊。[68]
- 根據國際汽聯的《國際運動守則》，賽會幹事可處以的最高罰款金額由此前的25萬歐元提升至100萬歐元。[60]
- 含有衝刺賽的比賽周末結構進行調整，以使衝刺比賽時間更加合理且不影響比賽周末的進行。調整後的衝刺周末比賽結構如下︰[69]
- 周五：1節自由練習賽、衝刺排位賽（決定衝刺賽起跑順位）。
- 周六：衝刺賽正賽、大獎賽排位賽（決定正賽起跑順位）。
- 周日：大獎賽正賽。
- 在含有衝刺賽的比賽周末，允許車隊在衝刺賽正賽之後及排位賽之前對賽車設置進行再次的調整。
- 車隊可擁有兩次拍攝日活動，總里程限制由此前的100公里提升至每個拍攝日200公里，但每自然日僅可進行一次拍攝日活動。[60]
- 針對車手離開賽道範圍而得益，標準判罰將由5秒增加為10秒。這是因為車手不當超車賺取的時間往往多於5秒，過往的5秒判罰不足以影響比賽結果。

如出現同分狀況時，將根據車手獲得的分站冠軍數量決定最終的排行榜名次；分站冠軍數量仍然相同時將比較車手取得的最高排名數量。正賽最快圈速的額外積分（1分）必須在車手完賽成績在前10名時才可授予。[73] 衝刺賽將在其中六場比賽進行，車手將通過周六進行100公里的比賽取得該部分額外積分。比賽若因紅旗而終止且完賽里程達到及超過75%時，車手可獲得全額積分。若賽事完賽里程未超過總里程的75%，積分將根據完賽里程比例狀況進行分配。
